![]() Today we're featuring another interesting approach to lighting, this time found in The Meeting House in downtown Rochester, Michigan. As you can see in the image to the right, they have some interesting fixtures and a unique selection of decorative light bulbs to complement their more traditional downlights. In other words, these aren't for lighting the restaurant so much as creating an unusual atmosphere. In another area, they use what appear to be increasingly popular Edison bulbs, which give a truly retro look and are used in plenty of restaurants and coffee shops these days. Below, you can see one more of these multiple bulb fixtures along with one of the most memorable lamp shades we've seen, coming across like a kind of mighty spider web globe! At Lighting Supply, our focus is on more traditional business fixtures, though we do supply a number of decorative bulbs. Still, we love to see how creatively lighting is used, reminding us all just how important it is in our lives, whether for tasks, safety, or ambiance. We look forward to keeping our eyes out for other creative lighting uses and featuring them here in the blog. Comments are closed.
